Meet Kelly Mendonca
Kelly writer and editor who has been teaching English for over 20 years. Recently, Kelly self-published a short poetry collection as well as ESL textbooks for students. Kelly is a champion for women and has been volunteering with the Shoebox Project since 2017. Since joining the Shoebox Project, Kelly has taken her Chapter, GTA East, to new heights all while being a teacher. Since the beginning of 2021, Kelly has partnered with dozens of local female owned businesses and with her team of volunteers has made over 52 deliveries of care packages to women in need. Kelly is a champion for women in need and is always thinking of ways to make them feel special.
